Exchanges and Returns

We DO NOT have any exchange or return policy on SALE items.

We accept product exchanges within three days of the delivery date. Please be informed that the item must be completely new, with all tags still intact, in the original packing, and with the original invoice still attached. Due to changes in color monitors/screens and lighting used during picture taking, the exact color or texture of the finished item may vary slightly from what is represented on the panel. As a result, products cannot be exchanged. Only in cases where a product is defective product(s) have been delivered can we exchange or refund a product.

Contact our customer service department by contacting or emailing 1904jeans@gmail.com photos of defective or incorrect merchandise.

Within three days after delivery, call +92 303 5051831 or send us an email at 1904jeans.com with pictures of the defective or incorrect item. An online coupon with the same price value will be sent after our team evaluates the product itself.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in unusual situations where the product is out of stock, refunds might be permitted. The original credit card used to make the purchase will receive a refund. You will be charged for the item(s)' price as well as any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Returns should be processed within seven days, and it can take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Cancelling an Order

Before the order being processed, you may cancel your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is sent. The 'Return and Exchange Policy' will be in effect once a product has been sent. Orders may be canceled by 1904 Jeans for any reason. The item may not be in stock, there may have been a pricing error, or the financial institution issuing the credit card has denied the payment.
